Inticreates has 3 games on eshop which are a good price, $10 for Blaster master zero and Mighty Gunvolt burst which is high quality low cost games, had those game been published to a cart, would definitely cost more than $10 and not required for a game that is less than 200MB would also be a waste of money.
To be honest, most of the indie developers who don't have publishing can just put games on eshop. Is basically saying "You asked for third party games, we got it, now is time to pay up for what you asked for." If we aren't buying these games, you get the idea, nintendo will think this was for nothing. I just think that while nintnendo is trying for extra support from other developers for the switch, they are limiting them with their strict policies and is coming from us instead. Remember, when NES was released, they used to allow devs to release only 5 games a year per publisher, and that when konami had that Ultra games to get around that limit.
